• The product would not fire properly by defect, not by misuse.

Returns must be done on-site and will be determined only if deemed reasonable by an employed member of Fox Fireworks ​

An exchange can be made within 24 hours of purchase for the equal or lesser valued item the difference will not be returned unless the product is defective see bulleted.
